We Grow Coffee

Since 1993, we've owned a coffee farm in the high mountains of Las Lajas, Honduras, called Finca Estrella. We grow sustainable, organic, shade grown, 100% arabica beans.

Coffee is our passion and we are the experts!

We Roast Coffee

We roast coffee daily on demand and on site, in small batches with our state of the art Java Master Roaster. We offer light, medium and dark roast coffee. Our hot air roaster ensures our coffee is always pure, clean and fresh.

We Sell Coffee

We sell fresh, single origin, Honduran coffee by the pound or by the cup. We have a unique selection of specialty coffee flavors available as well. They make perfect gifts for celebrations and gatherings.
